We have a local little league baseball team that is really goal oriented this year. As we were talking to the coaches they all agree that we have never had such a devoted group of players. We took them to see the older kids play as well as practice and I think that really got them motivated. They were really impressed by the baseball radar gun that they used in practice. This became the subject of every conversation on the bus ride home. I think seeing the numbers and comparing them put more competition in them then the game. They all know they have talent now they want to decide who has the most, this is according to them. It is really fun to listen to how they measure talent. You can buy radar guns online. I did not know but you can buy speed radar guns to catch those speeders that are always flying through your neighborhood or to measure the speed of a hockey shot.
